Lexmark ink cartridges

With all the recent efforts worldwide to go green, many printer ink manufacturers are adopting programs that encourage recycling of ink cartridges.

Lexmark ink cartridges often come with a preprinted, postage-paid shipping label for convenient return of the empty cartridge being replaced.   If the box your new cartridge arrives in does not include this label and instructions, log on to the manufacturer website and follow their instructions.  They will often send you what you need to recycle your ink cartridge free of charge to facilitate the process.

Like most modern technologies, the present-day inkjet has built on the progress made by many earlier versions. Among many contributors, Epson, Hewlett-Packard and Canon can claim a substantial share of the credit for the development of the modern inkjet. In the worldwide consumer market, four companies account for the total sales: the aforementioned three and Lexmark ink cartridges as the fourth.

Lexmark ink cartridgeI recently needed to replace my Lexmark ink cartridge which would’ve cost me a pretty penny when a friend recommended that I try finding a generic, compatible alternative.  I was a bit skeptical at first, as I tried refilling my cartridges myself and had it become a disastrous affair.  In the end, I trusted his recommendation and am I glad!  My friend’s tip saved me nearly $40.
