Apple has always been at the head of technological innovation, but in recent years, Apple has become even more of an industry titan, eclipsing other tech companies in product quality and overall sales. Apple is renowned for its innovation, and all Apple products feature a clean and user friendly interface. For these reasons, Apple has seen a lot of success amongst college students and business people. Apple laptops are the #1 laptops amongst college students, though these numbers are somewhat skewed as the various manufacturers of laptops run with the same Microsoft Windows program. In essence, Apple is competing more with Microsoft than individual manufacturers like Dell and HP, and in comparison to Microsoft’s Windows Vista OS, the Apple OS is better in the eyes of most, if not all consumers.
Apple also manufactures all kinds of peripherals for their computers, including printers and Apple toner cartridges, portable media devices like the iPod which functions with an Apple computer, and much more.
